PRODUCTION STAFF




Our production team consists of various divisions, starting from warehouse staff who are responsible for storing materials that will be used in production purposes. Cutting division who are responsible in cutting all materials needed into the required patterns. Screen printing division who are responsible for screen printing. Embroidery division and Screen ​Printing division which is responsible for making embroidery and screen printing such as pictures and brands. Sewing division who are responsible for sewing all the materials provided by the previous division into finished bags. QC & Packing divisions are responsible for finishing the bags, such as cleaning up leftover threads, ensuring the bags are produced in the appropriate quality and packing the bags so they can be sent directly to the customer.​


 Office Staff


Our Staff team consists of various divisions, starting from PPIC division, Accounting division, Human Resource & General Affairs division and also Purchasing Division.

PPIC team are responsible for planning production schedules and ensure the entire process runs smoothly, handling orders from the customer to be processed by the production team, estimating material requirements for all production process and reviewing sales estimates and product demand.

Accounting team are responsible in examining and verifying company financial transactions, recording and documenting all forms of company financial transactions such as petty cash, transportation cash, and making accurate financial reports.

Human Resource and General Affairs team are responsible in recapitulating employee database (employee data, attendance, overtime and payroll), maintaining office administration and general operations, handling recruitment process from screening, interviews to on boarding, evaluating employee performance, supervises office boys and drivers maintaining company assets such as building, cars and office equipment, apart, office stationery, through maintenance and quality control.

Purchasing team are responsible in looking for materials desired by customers for the initial process of making product samples. Purchase goods from suppliers to support all company operational needs, responsible for maintaining amount of existing stock of goods, as well as negotiating with suppliers regarding raw material prices.
